Oyster Cooking Class & Wine Pairing

Love to cook and drink Italian wine? Want to learn how to prepare Oyster Stew? Join us Saturday February 15th at 12:30pm and 2:30pm with Chef Dawn and Owner Bobbi Parlett. This will be a special learning and tasting experience of awesome food and wine. 

As Chef Dawn shows you how to prepare our Oyster Stew, we will serve the first 2 courses and Bobbi will introduce the paired wines for each course. We will surely have another fun and informative experience. Hope to see you for this event in our Trattoria Simpatico at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute!
